MAGICAL EGYPT – 10-Day Itinerary

Arrival at Cairo International Airport.
Our representative will be waiting inside the airport to assist you with your visa and luggage.
Then, enjoy your private transfer to your accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, we will depart with our English-speaking guide to visit Giza, home of the iconic Pyramids and the Great Sphinx, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
This colossal statue, with the body of a lion and a human head, is associated with Pharaoh Khafre.
We will also explore the Valley Temple, a structure built next to each pyramid and used for funerary rituals.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, we will depart with our guide to explore Cairo, where we will visit Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum, a true treasure of antiquities that houses royal mummies and gold-covered artifacts.

In the afternoon, we will tour the Coptic Quarter, the place where, according to tradition, the Holy Family took refuge in Egypt.

We will also visit the Mosque of Amr Ibn Al-As, the first mosque built in Africa.
We will finish the day at the famous old market Khan El Khalili, known for its traditional shops and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, return to the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, private transfer to the airport to take a flight to Aswan.

After about one hour, we will arrive in the city to visit the Temple of Philae, the last great temple of Ancient Egypt, dedicated to the goddess Isis.

In the afternoon, we will embark on a cruise where we will stay for 3 nights and 4 days, sailing along the majestic Nile River and exploring its fascinating cities.

Optional visit to the impressive Abu Simbel Temple, one of Egypt’s most emblematic wonders.

Its four colossal statues of Ramses II, carved directly into the rock on the western bank of the Nile, guard the Great Temple and offer an unforgettable view.

On the way back, we will board the cruise and sail towards Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, we will disembark to explore the fascinating Temple of Kom Ombo, a unique Greco-Roman temple dedicated to two deities: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the falcon god.

Early in the morning, ride a traditional horse-drawn carriage or a toktok to reach the colossal Temple of Horus in Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god Horus of Behdet (modern Edfu).

Return to the cruise and continue sailing towards Luxor, passing through the Esna locks.

In the afternoon, upon arrival in Luxor, visit the Karnak Temple, perhaps the most impressive of all monumental works of the ancient pharaohs. One of the most celebrated temple complexes in the world.

Then explore Luxor Temple, which has a unique façade decorated with the enormous statues of the Egyptian hero Ramses II.

Breakfast on board the cruise. Then, we will visit the impressive Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of the pharaohs of the New Kingdom lie.

We will continue with the famous Temple of Hatshepsut, a majestic architectural masterpiece dedicated to the only woman who ruled Egypt as a pharaoh.

We will also stop at the imposing Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic statues that guard the entrance of the ancient temple of Amenhotep III.

Finally, we will spend the night in Luxor.

On the morning of Day 7, you can enjoy an incredible hot air balloon ride over the majestic temples and landscapes of ancient Thebes.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing to Hurghada, a paradise on the shores of the Red Sea.

Upon arrival, you will check in at an exclusive all-inclusive resort with a private beach, where you can relax and enjoy the amenities.

Day 9 is completely free so you can make the most of the resort’s facilities, relax on the beach, or explore the water activities offered.

Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, private transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight.
